We’ll design a one-of-a-kind edible work of art tailor made for your celebration, whether it’s your dream wedding or a birthday, holiday, or corporate event. While she’s perhaps best known for her whimsical and often humorous style, she also is a master at creating elegant and graceful cakes that will no doubt be the crown jewel of your event.
Colette finds inspiration everywhere she looks: a classic china pattern, a piece of modern jewelry, a bit of vintage wrapping paper, a design motif from your party invitation, your favorite flower…the possibilities are endless. Come in to discuss your cake in person. Or, if you prefer, the entire process can be handled via phone and email for your convenience.

How much do your cakes cost?
Our prices start at $10 per serving, with a minimum of $1,500 for any cake. A very complex design, intricate piping, handmade sugar flowers, custom figures, etc, will cost more, of course.
How far in advance should I order?
Usually at least 1 month's notice is recommended, although we try to accommodate last minute orders when we can. Brides often contact us 4-6 months prior to their wedding date.
Where do you deliver, and do you ship?
We do not ship our cakes due to their delicate nature, but we will happily deliver a cake anywhere within reasonable driving distance from New York City, including Long Island and much of New Jersey. The delivery fee starts at $50 for within Manhattan, and is based on time and distance for all other areas; please call for a quote if you have a specific location in mind.
What are my flavor choices?
Our most popular and frequently requested flavors are listed below. If you’d like a flavor but don’t see it, feel free to ask…but keep in mind certain types (such as cheesecake, angel food, and mousses) may not be stable enough for a sculpted or tiered cake.
Cakes: Chocolate, vanilla, hazelnut, coconut, carrot, lemon, and almond.
Fillings: Chocolate truffle (ganache), fruit preserves (apricot, strawberry, raspberry) or buttercream: vanilla, chocolate, lemon, passionfruit, pistachio, hazelnut praline, or mocha.
